From the Set of Box

We are pleased to announce that our release for April is Box, written and directed by Ryan Hall!

To begin, picture a cold February evening, the sun setting over New Forest. A car silhouetted against the darkening sky, and a set of car keys locked inside. A vehicle that was not only an integral prop, but our only lift home.

It’s engine running. Lights on. Petrol low. It even started to rain.

It's times like this when it's easy to think that maybe a project isn't meant to be... Was it even worth it? Not to mention, two of us were dressed as monkeys. Even the AA guy asked us if we were dogging when he eventually found us...

We just wanted to go home.

But the idea of the film kept us going. Box is a collage of the films we love. A Russian doll of westerns, thrillers and sci-fi. It's sometimes strange, sometimes violent, sometimes quiet, sometimes loud... And hopefully it makes you wonder what the hell you just watched. (In a good way!)

We did, eventually, make it back home from New Forest. Cold and hungry but still home. And really, that's what Box is all about; going home. Just told in a totally bizarre, and hopefully entertaining way. We hope you enjoy it.

Tomorrow we have a trailer for you, followed by the film releasing on the 18th. Finishing off the month, you can check out some outtakes on the 24th! And today, we have not one, not two, but three posters for you! Have a look below!
